To us cultural event management means: to conceive,
plan and implement an event as a unified whole from its beginning
through to its end. We have been attaining this objective since
our agency's foundation. No matter whether we are planning closed-shop-events
or grand public concerts - in our agency
the philosophies of conception, communication,
realization and marketing are deeply
intertwined. The scale of the cultural event makes no difference
to us: all our clients receive the same attention and consideration,
no matter whether we are planning a discreet concert that will be
attended only by a small handpicked audience or a major presentation
that is designed for broad advertising purposes.
Consider as examples of our work the Cologne Music week, the Long Night of Cologne Museums, the
Deutsche Welle World Music Festival in
Bonn or our own festival The Cologne Summer Stage - the list of
our activities is long and increasing steadily.
Our permanent partners and clients include: the German TV and broadcasting
corporation WDR, the radio station Deutsche Welle, the Cultural
Authority of the City of Cologne, the cultural centre Stadtgarten
Köln, the city magazine StadtRevue and the literature festival
lit.COLOGNE. Furthermore, we are cooperating with several agencies
working on the national as well as the international level.
